First, I appologize for neglecting this site for so long, but I've been busy on other projects. I will try to get back on schedule as of today.
I've finally solved the problem with sever assigned dyanamic IP addresses and the Personal Web Server (the FTP link above). I wrote a DOS BATch file that grabs the address, creates the HTML document containing the address and uploads it here to this site, if I'm connected to the internet. It's pretty slick. For a limited time I have placed a copy directly on this site. If you want it for your own use click here to download IPDYNAMO.ZIP which contains the BATch file and three other DOS utilities required for the process. It has been tested under Win'9x and may not function with Win'3.x! It requires IPCONFIG.EXE and FTP.EXE that are installed with DUN under Win'9x. Feel free to modify it for your own use. All I ask is that you keep the Copyright line intact.
I completely redid the 'Links' page because after three months a lot of links have changed (nothing is static on the Web).

Jon has upgraded his 'puter ('old' P-100s) to an AMD K-6 233 and replaced his FPDRAM with EDO (and doubled its size as well! - 32Meg to 64Meg)... AND changed the video adapter from a Cirrus Logic 54M40 to an ATi 'All-In-Wonder'. With setup (driver problems) 'n 'playing', Jon hasn't had the time to update the site! ;>

Not much 'content' change this time around... had to do some 'navigation' improvements instead. The hardest part of the job was keeping the 'hit' counter, on the 'intro' page, correct. What a PITA... but I did learn another trick or two in HTML.
At the request of one of our users, I've changed the default 'intro' page to start without the 'Muzak'! The added benefit - no 'frames' (unless you wan't to play the 'Muzak') to *'hang around' when JuMPing off the site. The 'Muzak' can ONLY be started from the 'intro' page (using the  icon), but it (and it's 'frame') can be 'killed' by clicking on the  in the 'logo' at the top of every 'button' page (which, in essence, reloads the current page on 'top') or by hitting the 'Exit' button (which takes you to my 'Exit' page - worth a look!).
* to be fixed after site is converted to multiple frames...

Added another reference to the 'Credits' page. Redesigned (slightly) the 'Main' page and finished adding 'Muzak' on/off 'hotspots' to all the pages with the Quantum JMP 'logo' at the top. IE users won't see the 'bubble' info (to be fixed later) but it's pretty straight forward, the top right part of the 'logo' starts/re-starts the 'Muzak', the bottom right kills it!

Updated the 'Links' page again. Added a JavaScript routine to the 'Intro' page that displays the date and time the user hits the page. It works fine with IE version 4.01 and Navigator versions 2.02 and 4.04, but not with my Navigator version 3.01... hmmm.

Removed the 'Guide' page and replaced it with the 'Forum'. A place to rant 'n rave. Jon (our 'webmon...' err 'webmaster') rants and you (our visitors) rave! Restructured the 'Main' page to look the 'same' using different browsers (Nav3, Com4, and IE4) under different resolutions (640x480, 800x600, etc.). What a PITA!

'Grafix' (picture) downloads are now set up for both a graphical selection OR an FTP style directory at the touch of a 'button'. It took me a while to figure out how to use my ISP provided FTP 'dropbox' as a two-way street. I only get 300Kb of Site space but a more reasonable 5Mb of 'dropbox' space for my basic monthly rate.
